While we’re a newer company, the business is built on over a decade of industry experience, including two successful years trading as a sole trader. The company structure was established to allow for proper hiring, compliance, and growth.
We operate in high-pressure, live environments and hold a high standard across safety, presentation, and performance. People on site will notice how we work — and we expect our crew to meet that standard.
Forklift Operation
- Operating forklifts in live event and exhibition environments
- Working around people, structures, and equipment
- Lifting and placing loads over exhibition stands
- Organising and maintaining storage areas
Spotting
- Spotting forklifts and machinery
- Maintaining exclusion zones and pedestrian safety
- Clearing paths and managing site obstacles
- Strong verbal communication at all times
Custom Builds
- Assembling exhibition stands from detailed plans
- Using hand and power tools
- Problem-solving on site under time pressure
- Maintaining high attention to detail
General Labour
- Manual loading and unloading of trucks
- Assisting furniture and exhibition teams
- Stock handling, cleaning, and site organisation
- General support across all departments

Training
Training is delivered hands-on, on site, and tailored specifically to live event and exhibition environments. Crew members complete site-specific inductions for major venues and are supported to build experience across multiple areas, including forklift operations in live environments, spotting and safety coordination, custom exhibition builds, and logistics and site organisation. Skill development happens through real work, under real conditions, with experienced supervision.
Events
Work ranges from single-day setups to multi-day builds, covering exhibitions, trade shows, and large-scale events. Crew may be involved in some of the biggest events across Australia, gaining exposure to high-pressure sites where professionalism, safety, and teamwork matter.
